It's easy to overcomplicate a design. The final design has a fixed lever.  








Refinement



Prototype that I modeled, printed, and hand finished for a key buyer


At this point in the process, the toy worked nearly flawlessly but needed to improve in the industrial design and DFMA. An external design team was hired to assist.

Timeline



Dec 2024  - Introduced to a rough prototype

May 2025 - Started Production

Sept 2025 - Kickstarter Launch

Nov 2025 - Sold out before Black Friday. Opened pre-orders

Dec 2025 - Company revenue doubled from previous year

Feb 2026 - Nominated for Toy of The Year (Kidult)
